By registering with WEST FINANCE, you become a full member of our community. Every investment is your conscious choice, and this Codex is mandatory. Creating an account means full acceptance of these rules and legal agreement with all provisions.

Right to Bear Arms

  • You are personally responsible for keeping your password and access secure.

  • Minimum investment amounts and plan conditions are specified in your personal cabinet.

Forbidden Maneuvers

  • Any hacking attempt or violation leads to account blocking and loss of capital.
  • Platform materials are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties.

Force Majeure

In case of technical failures, attacks, or global crises, the Company will do everything possible to protect assets.

However, WEST FINANCE bears no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control.

Liability and Limitations

  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by third parties, communication failures, or misunderstandings of platform operations.
  • All activity on the platform is carried out at the user’s own risk.
  • Clients agree to refrain from negative public statements about the Company.

Termination of Cooperation

  • WEST FINANCE reserves the right to terminate cooperation without prior notice in case of rule violations.
  • After termination, the Company bears no obligations regarding fund reimbursement.

Amendments to the Codex

  • The Sheriff of WEST FINANCE reserves the right to amend the rules.
  • The new edition takes effect upon publication on the official website.
